Mark D. McMann graduated from Lake Wales High School in 1994 and received his undergraduate degree from Florida Southern College in 1998. Mark received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2001. After completing law school Mark served over five years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps, working in such places as Iraq, Korea, and Washington, D.C. Mark then worked for about two years at the State Attorney's Office in Polk County for the Tenth Judicial Circuit. He has conducted over 40 jury trials. Mark has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2001 and is also a member of the Lakeland Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court.
